We are Hamburg’s first and largest purely vegan patisserie. From classic Bienenstich donuts to cookies with a liquid centre and bars without refined sugar, we have something for all flavours and intolerances. In summer we serve soft ice cream. Our coffee is roasted emission-free here in Hamburg. And with its sun terrace, the shop is the perfect breakfast location! Your friends will thank you. And so will the environment!
