The Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro is a place to come together, to enjoy, to experience and to be curious. We invite you on a journey – through the vegetarian-vegan variety – for every gourmet. Well-known processes are rethought in a more innovative way, popular flavours are reinterpreted and a balance of expertise and experimentation creates an incomparable experience – because that’s all that matters to us! With attention to detail and the right instinct for the culinary symbiosis of the supposedly foreign with local products, we give our creations a soul. We source our products from trusted regional producers or by hand-picking seasonal herbs as a team. In this way, we create an arrangement that is a feast for the eyes and the palate! The diversity of our cuisine is complemented by an unusual beverage accompaniment, which, contrary to the usual standards, impresses with creative, specially created drinks. Playful, invigorating, adventurous – this is how we understand the centrepiece of our restaurant, our kitchen-based concept bar! Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks await you here – from unusual to classic, from uncomplicated to extravagant within our kitchen-based concept bar. We have also supplemented our cocktail menu with selected bio-dynamic wines from Germany and other specialities.
