After an exciting odyssey in the restaurant and café-bar milieu, we decided on Noem. We are two coffee lovers with more than 30 years of combined experience in the catering industry. Satisfied guests are a matter close to our hearts.
Noem is located in the lively Hamburg district of Eimsbüttel, in Lindenallee.
Noem” comes from the Greek and means “thought”. A thought about delicious coffee, good food and true hospitality.
We want our guests to enjoy delicious coffee in a classic and historic ambience and take a break from everyday city life. Our coffee beans are produced in one of the oldest roasting plants in Italy and served with passion in our hotel. Let your mind wander and enjoy a varied brunch offer, with bread made according to traditional craftsmanship and international recipes.
All recipes and delicacies are prepared with passion and great attention to detail. Heart and soul is just part of our secret.
