We paddle from the south east in the direction of the city centre. At our first stop, we pass the Spreepark Berlin. Shortly after we will reach
the “Insel Berlin” with the oldest brith. From here start the Treptower Park and on the other side the half island “Stralau”. We can see the Berlin-Parklife and a story of the first tramway tunnel of the city.
We will continue paddeling to a huge sculptur called „Molecule Men“ here we can take impressive pictures. These men’s are 30 meters high and it seems they are floating above the water. In the same area we will reach sung ship named „Dr. Ingrid Wengler“ and the sad story why it is half side under the water.
Behind that we will see the famous bridge OberbaumbrĂĽcke, which has two old towers and contains out of beautiful brick.
On the way back you can see in the water the superstructure of the GDR and will get an idea about how almost impossible it was to cross the border.
