To ensure a high-quality community, we carefully review all applications based on the following requirements:

โœ… Content: Lifestyle topics (e.g. travelling, food, sport) that fit the platform

โœ… Profile status: Public and permanently visible profile

โœ… Follower structure: Target group-relevant, active and engaged community

โœ… Follower quality: Authentic and genuine interaction

Only influencers who fulfil all of the above criteria can be added to our platform. This is how we guarantee a valuable and successful collaboration for everyone involved.

  1. โœ๏ธ SIGN UP – To receive an offer on the Influencer City Guide, you must first ยปSign Upยซ (Influencer) andย create a Influencer account on the platform.

  2. ๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ PROFILE – Update and verify your ยปProfileยซ on the platform.
    We will then check and activate your profile within the next 24 hours.

  3. ๐Ÿค COOPERATION – After successful activation, you can view the partner offers and apply directly to the partner for a co-operation.

    As a rule, the partner will contact you within 48 hours whether they would like to enter into the cooperation.

1. Discover the city’s offers

  • Find exclusive offers from our partners in the Influencer City Guide.
  • Use the search function or browse in your neighbourhood.
  • Select a suitable offer and read the partner conditions (feed, story or video).

2. Redeem the offer with the partner

  • Each offer contains a description for the application.
  • Make a booking enquiry with the partner.
  • The partner will get in touch with you.
  • Wait for confirmation from the partner.

Some offers require a prior booking. Under the categories โ€˜Booking Contactโ€™, โ€˜Booking Linkโ€™ or โ€˜Banner Linkโ€™ you will find exclusive offer from museums, restaurants, hotels and clubs as well as larger co-operations.

โณ Processing time: The partner usually checks your enquiry within
48 hours and informs you by email whether your profile meets the requirements. You will also receive all relevant information for the collaboration.

MAKE A RESERVATION
Here you will find all offers that you can request directly by specifying the number of people, date and time. These include exclusive deals for sights, museums, restaurants, bars and stores.

  • Make a request for your desired offer.
  • The partner will check your request within 48 hours.
  • You will receive a notification in your account under โ€˜My Bookingsโ€™ ย as to whether your profile meets the requirements.
  • In addition, an e-mail will be sent with the current status of your reservation.



Show your approved booking at the entrance or ticket counter to receive your free offer or free tickets. ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธโœ…



Please understand that our partners sometimes have very specific requirements. Even with a great profile, it can happen that a collaboration does not materialise. Don’t take a rejection personally – neither we nor our partners make decisions lightly.

3. Share your experience on the agreed social media platform!

  • All hashtags, mentions and location links are listed in the terms and conditions of your offer.

Simply upload your contribution to the agreed social media channel in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offer – and share your experiences with your community! ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ“ฒ

โณ The partners endeavour to process your booking request within 48 hours to ensure fast and smooth cooperation.

It can sometimes take a little longer. Therefore, the partners ask for your patience if the processing takes longer than expected.

There are several possible reasons for blocking your account:

General guideline

  • Please pay attention to whether you want to redeem a feed, story or video offer.
  • The partner or the product must be clearly recognisable in the focus of your post.
  • The conditions of the partner must always be adhered to and fulfilled.
  • Please do not make negative comments about the partner in your post.
  • Postings must be in German or English.
  • Please mark your postings as advertising.
  • No reference to other brands/products may appear in your post.
  • Post high quality, appealing pictures.
  • Your profile must be permanently public.
  • Do not post pictures that you have already posted.
  • Upload your post to your partner’s chosen social platform.

Feed guideline

  • Your post must go online within 4 days (after redemption) and be online for at least 90 days.
  • Your image description (2-3 short sentences) must be clearly related to the partner and/or product.
  • Hashtags must be included in the image description (not in the comments).
  • Carousel post/Swipe post: Each picture must have a clear and unambiguous reference to the partner/product, especially the first picture!
  • Upload the post and thus complete the offer.

Story guideline

  • Your story must go online within 4 days (after redemption) and must remain online for 24 hours.
  • Your story must be saved in your archive.
  • Your story must always be at least 15 seconds long or consist of at least 3 different images/boomerangs (all 3 images must have the # and tags).
  • Still images (1x image in the story), which are backed by music, cannot be evaluated regardless of the length.
  • Links, hashtags and the location must be clearly visible in the story.
  • Your story must be publicly viewable and may not be posted under “Close Friends”.
  • Do not repost from friends or other accounts (create your own content, it must be clearly different from your friends’ content).
  • Add link sticker with partner domain to story.
  • Upload the post and thus complete the offer

Video guideline

  • Your post must go online within 4 days (after redemption) and be online for at least 90 days.
  • Your video must always be at least 15 seconds long.
  • Your video description (2-3 short sentences) must be clearly related to the partner and/or product.
  • Hashtags must be included in the image description (not in the comments).
  • Each video must have a clear and unambiguous reference to the partner/product, especially the first picture!
  • Upload the Video and thus complete the offer.
