How may we be of help?

The Influencer City Guide is an online platform that connects influencers and local businesses such as restaurants, hotels, museums and retailers. The platform enables local businesses to present themselves to a large number of national and international influencers from different sectors and age groups.

Mini collaborations can be requested very easily (e.g. free entry and a food voucher worth €20 from the partner in exchange for image material with a link in 2 Instagram stories by you). You can apply to the partners.

Use the Influencer City Guide to expand your reach, enter into new collaborations and inspire your followers with exciting recommendations for places in your city.

The Influencer City Guide facilitates and simplifies coordination and collaboration between influencers and companies and offers a win-win situation for everyone involved.

  1. SIGN UP – To receive an offer on the Influencer City Guide, you must first
    »Sign Up« (Influencer) and create a Influencer account on the platform.

  2. PROFILE – Update and verify your »Profile« on the platform.
    We will then check and activate your profile within the next 24 hours.

  3. COOPERATION – After successful activation, you can access the partner offers and request a cooperation with you directly from the partner.

    As a rule, the partner will contact you within 48 hours whether they would like to enter into the cooperation.

Informations for Influencer

Yes, the use of the Influencer City Guide is completely free of charge for the Influencer!

Influencers with a wide range of reach and an above-average engagement rate (= ratio of likes and comments to the number of followers). When applying for Instagram accounts, strict criteria are taken into account such as:

  • at least 16 years old
  • At least 20 high-quality posts on the social media channel
  • appealing lifestyle content
  • permanently public profile
  • regional follower structure
  • corresponding follower quality

These criteria must be met to be approved as an influencer.

Sign up (Influencer) and create a influencer account on the platform.
We will then verify and activate your profile within the next 24 hours.

An offer is what you get as an influencer from our partners:

  • A free dinner in a restaurant
  • Free entry to a tourist attraction or museum
  • Cocktails in a bar on the house
  • Free hotel accommodation
  • Voucher in a shop

There are no limits to the creativity of the offer.

Select your desired offer and read the partner conditions (feed, story or video).

2. Redeem your offer at the partner of your
In each offer you will find a description of how to apply for the offer.
Make a booking request with our partner.
Our partner will contact you.
Wait for confirmation from our partner!

Under the booking type “Business Info“, “Booking Online“, “Banner” you will find all offers that you cannot redeem spontaneously. Here you can request exclusive offers from various museums, restaurants, hotels and clubs as well as larger cooperations. The partner usually processes your request within 48 hours and informs you by e-mail whether your profile meets the partner’s requirements and whether you can accept the offer or not. You will also receive all the individual information you need for this cooperation.

Make a reservation 
You will find all offers that you can request directly by specifying persons, date and time. Here you can request offers from various sights, museums, restaurants and bars or even shops. The partner usually processes your request within 48 hours and informs you by message in your account under
“My booking” whether your profile meets the partner’s requirements and you can accept the offer or not.
An additional e-mail with status is sent for each reservation request.



Show your “Approved” booking at the entry/ticket office to receive the free offer/tickets.


Please understand that sometimes our partners have very special/specific requirements. Even if you have a great profile, it can happen that you are rejected for a cooperation – please don’t be angry with us or the partner. 🙂

3. Share your experience on the agreed social media platform!

Posting guidelines can be found here in our FAQ’s for Influencer.
All hashtags, mentions and location links are listed in the terms and conditions for your selected offer.
Now all you have to do is upload your post to the agreed social media platform in accordance with the offer conditions.

All these criteria must be met in order to be approved.

Important: Your account will be checked after your registration and you will receive an email from us.
Don’t be sad if your account is rejected and try again later.

There may be a few reasons why your account has been banned.

We have strict criteria for our platform, such as

  • Postings must be made within the deadlines
  • Postings must meet our quality criteria

All of these criteria must be met in order to be approved.

General guideline

  • Please pay attention to whether you want to redeem a feed, story or video offer.
  • The partner or the product must be clearly recognisable in the focus of your post.
  • The conditions of the partner must always be adhered to and fulfilled.
  • Please do not make negative comments about the partner in your post.
  • Postings must be in German or English.
  • Please mark your postings as advertising.
  • No reference to other brands/products may appear in your post.
  • Post high quality, appealing pictures.
  • Your profile must be permanently public.
  • Do not post pictures that you have already posted.
  • Upload your post to your partner’s chosen social platform.

Feed guideline

  • Your post must go online within 4 days (after redemption) and be online for at least 90 days.
  • Your image description (2-3 short sentences) must be clearly related to the partner and/or product.
  • Hashtags must be included in the image description (not in the comments).
  • Carousel post/Swipe post: Each picture must have a clear and unambiguous reference to the partner/product, especially the first picture!
  • Upload the post and thus complete the offer.

Story guideline

  • Your story must go online within 4 days (after redemption) and must remain online for 24 hours.
  • Your story must be saved in your archive.
  • Your story must always be at least 15 seconds long or consist of at least 3 different images/boomerangs (all 3 images must have the # and tags).
  • Still images (1x image in the story), which are backed by music, cannot be evaluated regardless of the length.
  • Links, hashtags and the location must be clearly visible in the story.
  • Your story must be publicly viewable and may not be posted under “Close Friends”.
  • Do not repost from friends or other accounts (create your own content, it must be clearly different from your friends’ content).
  • Add link sticker with partner domain to story.
  • Upload the post and thus complete the offer

Video guideline

  • Your post must go online within 4 days (after redemption) and be online for at least 90 days.
  • Your video must always be at least 15 seconds long.
  • Your video description (2-3 short sentences) must be clearly related to the partner and/or product.
  • Hashtags must be included in the image description (not in the comments).
  • Each video must have a clear and unambiguous reference to the partner/product, especially the first picture!
  • Upload the Video and thus complete the offer.
