The S-Bahn lines S1, S2 and S3 as well as the U-Bahn lines U1, U2 and U4 will take you to the Jungfernstieg stop. At the station, use the exit in the direction of Jungfernstieg and on the next intermediate level in the direction of Jungfernstieg / Neuer Wall.
