We are a family business from Hamburg with a mission to bring the delicious diversity of African cuisine to you – fresh and authentic from our food truck! We attach great importance to regional ingredients, which we source from specialist stores in Hamburg. We only import a few exotic ingredients that grow exclusively in the tropics.

Our highlights: Rolex & Sambusas
Our rolex and sambusas are true classics! The chapatis we use for our rolex are freshly baked according to a traditional recipe with a spice mixture of sea salt, water and oil – just like in Africa. Try this popular snack from Uganda, which is a delight at any time of day!

We offer our sambusas in two delicious varieties: vegetarian with crunchy vegetables or filled with tender chicken breast fillet. Both provide an incomparable taste experience.
